A recent BBC Points West report features a former Wiltshire army officer, who is helping ex-military staff to find new career opportunities in the countryside.

Fiona Galbraith was based in Wiltshire for eight years, serving at both Land Command, and Bulford Garrison. On leaving the army, Fiona established a company to help provide access to new career opportunities in rural based companies and organisations. Ruralink works with rural businesses and the land-based community to develop sustainable careers particularly for ex-military staff.
