In this issue
Merry Christmas and happy New Year! There’s a sprinkling of pristine snow on the cover of our January issue; go walking in this winter wonderland with our expert Chris Cole. But if you’re feeling the chill, take a seat by the fire at six of our best cosy pubs.
We offer Christmas gift inspiration, and chat to BBC Antiques Roadshow specialist Marc Allum about his new book on the popular TV show, a great gift in itself. Catch up too with veteran comic Griff Rhys Jones, while My Wiltshire is by the well-respected principal of Wiltshire College.
Down Your Way celebrates our Christmas capital, Salisbury, while Village Life discovers Chippenham’s satellite villages. There are ideas to get you out and about too.
Elsewhere, we celebrate 20 years of Wiltshire Music Centre and Swindon’s iconic gallery plans. We also discover how we can help the people struggling to make ends meet.
Finally, Jamie Oliver tells us how to make two table centrepieces that are sure to wow. Enjoy!
